Here is information on Anza. This is information I've gathered from various Japanese SeraMyu and Les Miserables sites, as well as SeraMyu program books themselves. Joined the group "Sakurakko Club".
1993
Formed duo group "Momo" with Ayako Morino.
1994
Recorded vocals on the song "Moonlight Densetsu" with fellow Sakurakko Club members under the name "MoonLips". (This version of the anime Sailor Moon OP theme was used in S and SuperS.)
1993 - 1998
Recorded vocals on five albums and one single for the Sailor Moon Musicals (Role: Sailor Moon).
1998
Released a solo single entitled "Dream" (which was also used for the ED theme of a TV show called Famitsu WAVE).
1999
Released a single entitled "Tobira wo Akete" (which was used as an OP theme for the anime Card Captor Sakura).
Provided vocals for the ED theme of the Playstation video game Psychic Force 2. The song is called "Ai wo Shizumeteru".

Released a single entitled "Kanata e" (which was used as the second ED theme for the anime Glass no Kantai).

Formed a rock band called "Head Phones President" (Anza is lead vocals) who have released a number of singles, albums, and DVDs (and continue to do so).

Played the lead role of Sailor Moon for 11 consecutive musical productions in the popular Sailor Moon musicals.
1997 - 1998
Appeared in a musical called 2050-nen no Aoi Shima (roughly translated: A Blue Island in the Year 2050) playing a character named "Chiruchiru".
2003 - 2005
Played the role of "Eponine" in a production of Les Miserables.
2004
Played the role of "Ellen" in a production of Miss Saigon.

Was in the play Hi no Ataru Kyoushitsu (rough translation: The Classroom Where You Face the Sun). The original title of this production is Mr. Holland's Opus.
2002
Was in the play Koibito-tachi no Yokan (rough translation: Premonition of Lovers). The original title of this production is When Harry Met Sally.
2004
Was in the play San-nin Shimai (rough translation: Three Sisters). This is a Japanese adaption of Chekhov's play Three Sisters. Anza plays Irina, the youngest sister.
